Online Mobility Programs
AvailableStructured, follow-along video programs you can run anywhere, built on the same principles as the 1:1 work. Direction in your own time, on your own floor.
Each program unfolds as a sequence of short video episodes, built to be followed in order so progress compounds instead of scattering. Companion guides and clear movement descriptions sit alongside every episode, so you always know what you're doing and why.
This is for people who want simple structure to stay consistent, without overthinking it. Suits people looking to build and maintain mobility in the gaps between sessions. If you're feeling tight, locked up and wanting to open your body, this is for you.
